Exclamation Warning All wheel drive may have seals leaks

Update on new Roque:
Yes there is a dip stick to check fluid.
The transmission seal was damaged during assembly in Japan. The transfer shaft hit the seal and caused a dimple in the seals. After 1000 miles the transmission failed. Nissan replaced transmission after 10 days in shop. Nissan would not reinburse for mileage to get car that broke down 220 miles away. Is this anyway to support a customer.

Curious if anyone else has experienced this problem. Sounds pretty serious and perhaps just extremely bad luck for Toyotav8bt.

It happens to mine too. A 09 AWD as well. We noticed the leaks, but we noticed some unusual shaking at low speed.
They change the seals and every thing went back to normal.
