Check Engine Soon

Hi All,
My Check Engine Soon light came on yesterday and I checked the usual suspects. Loose gas cap, clogged air filter ... no luck.

I'm wondering if there is a way to get the error code without taking it to the dealer. (I'm not sure but my warranty might be up)

On my old jeep, I used to be able to turn the ignition in a certain "code" to get the engine light to flash to give the error code. Anyone know if you can do that with the 2008 rogue?

Thanks!

You can just go to Autozone and have them scan the code for free.

Or just buy your own code reader for like $50.
