Gurggling Noise

Hi All,

Was hoping someone could help.

I bought a Rogue in March. Love it. Problem is

When accelerating to 40 mph or when I take my foot off the gas to de-accelerate (no breaking) I get this gurggling noise like a sticky fuel injector or something. Some say, water in the lower part of the dashboard.

I have brought it in 2x to have fixed to no avail. They keep telling me tech line (phone number for technicans) are aware of the problem and trying to fix it. Supposedly affiliated with the CVT tranny.

They keep saying dont be worried, nothing will happen to the car. Well if they dont know what the true problem is how can they tell me not to worry?

Anyone have any ideas? Supposedly it is common in alot of rogues/altimas...

It is going back in for a third time this Weds, different dealer but if they cannot diagnose can I call Lemon Law.

I took my Rouge into the Nissan today, the told me they are aware of a noise (grinding) sound coming from the Transmission. I was told that Nissan is working on a fix and the Tech had a audio clip and confirmed that it was the same noise. I was told that I would be contacted when a fix is ready and left a open work order to follow up with me.

Thank You but if they do not know how to fix the problem as of yet, how do they know it is not affecting the car?

This is the third time I am having it looked at by another dealer, can we implement Lemon Law?
