| It just seems odd how so many companies move up and down this chart. Last year great and this year not so good. Mini was terrible, then great, now terrible again. I really don't trust it. It is interesting though. At least Nissan moved up. |

| I don't place any faith in anything Confuser Reports publishes. It's just a survey of supposed owners of these vehicles. You get responses of people who may never change their oil; people whose expectations may be unreasonable, etc. Thus their reports are not the result of any controlled scientific study.
