Tent camping with Rogue

I purchased the Rogue accessory tent and went camping this weekend.
The tent fits to the Rogue very well with the hatchback open. You can use the inside hatch light and have access to everything inside the car from the tent.
It really is a great idea to have the tent mate to the Rogue - it opens the entire thing up so it feels like a small RV.
It is very convenient and roomy. Plus, you can bring bikes and surfboards/kayaks. My wife and I are planning on many more camping trips.

I didn't know they made a tent for the Rogue. Next time you use it could you take a pic?

We went camping again this weekend at Carlsbad by the beach. We had several people come up and ask what kind of vehicle we had. That was strange.....

I posted a picture in the user area.

The tent sets up in less than 10 minutes. It's very large at 10' X 10'.
A blowup bed + sleeping bags make it very comfortable.
My Nissan dealer had a 20% off sale on parts so the tent was a good deal.
I saw some other good deals online too.
I also bought the trailer hitch and a bike rack.

This is a very efficient, comfortable, easy to use, inexpensive, and great looking setup.
Nissan did a great design job here.
By the way, this is the same tent that fits the Murano. I think many parts will cross over.

I took the liberty of putting the pic in your first post. That's a real nice set up.

tent purchase

I bought mine through Nissan because they had a 20% off sale. I also found online deals under Nissan Parts websites - They were lower. I think this is the same tent for the Murano.
