I thought this was only in New York. But last week I took my family down to Wildwood N.J. for a couple of days. While I was driving on the highway I saw cars with those rear bumper covers (DE-FENDER) on the back of their cars. Why do they leave that cover on when they are driving? From my understanding those covers are meant to
protect your rear bumper from getting scuff marks from those ????ers who dont know how to park. But if your driving those things scuff your bumpers.///// Second thing I can't stand more than those bumper covers is rubber-necking. Incase you don't understand what rubber-necking is..have you ever experienced traffic on the highway for a few miles. You begin to wonder what could be the cause for this traffic. As you begin to see the traffic clearing up it was either a car parked on the shoulder stuck or probably stopped to pee. Everyone that drives by has to be nosey and slowed down to see what happened. That kills me.
