| I contacted Nissan regarding their new warranty and if any rebates or refunds were coming to their customers who paid for extended warranties that are now surpassed by the free extension. The short answer was no. The long answer stated that not only would their be no compensation but cancelling the warranty that was paid for was not allowed and since they already gave me 4 free oil changes I should just accept their generosity. I am of the position that I paid for something that the company is giving away for free. Love the car but Nissan's customer service is bad enough that I will not consider buying another product form them. |
