Speaking for The Rodentman, I bought my Rogue for a longer commute to my new job, 99% freeway driving, I got the AWD due to the winters here in MN.

Seeing what the top speed would be is irresponsible and dangerous unless you have a track somewhere to test such things.

I lost my leg in a motorcycle accident caused by someone driving like blind raped ape so I personally take a dim view of that behaviour.

YMMV but hopefully you're far away from me.

Welcome Brian! Haven't topped out but did hit over 90 without realizing while passing on the freeway. My speedo seems to be fairly accurate.

Thanks, i'm really impressed with the CVT and how quick it is for a 4cyl, lot more fun to drive than i expected. Of all the cars i've owned in the past the rogue is in the top three, for now anyway. I'm assuming the top speed would be about 130mph but with all the drag the rogue will probably never see it unless it gets lowered about 5 inches.

Sorry about your leg, i rode motorcyles for many years and lost seven riding buddies in the past 20 years. Now i'm into cars, i bought the rogue for the harsh winters here. I'm just curious on what the rogue is capable of.

Welcome aboard Brian. We don't know the top speed of the Rogue but it is a pretty quick SUV for a stock 4 cyc. Better than that its a fun car to drive, especially in the snow with the AWD. Hope you enjoy it.

Speedo does seem accurate. Yeah most of us do not race Rogues. That is why I traded in my SE-R. For comfort and traveling.
