My boss' wife has a 2008 Rogue SL I've driven in a few times when he's brought it to work, and I always liked it. My wife has driven a Nissan Altima for the last 5 years, and they've been bulletproof. I'm really happy with this decision, and look forward to learning and sharing what I learn along the way.

I traded my 7 year old Altima for my new 2011 SV/SL in late Dec.
Let's hope that the Rogue is as bullet proof as the Altimas.

This was my 3rd Altima. Loved all of them. Not a bit of mechanical trouble with any of them. Gas, oil/filter changes, air filter changes, tires and tune ups, that's it.

Hi fellow Rogue owners. I just bought a 2011 S with AWD this past Wednesday. The way it drives just feels just right. I traded in an 05 Toyota Avalon that I bought brand new and so far, don't miss it a bit. I am sure that I will enjoy both the new Rogue and this forum. I'll probably just hang around and read the postings for a while until I get familiar with the workings of this forum.

Welcome to the forum! Hopefully we can get more owners in here and get some good conversations going. I turned 1500 miles today, and I'm loving the Rogue. Of course, I've made a few small alterations already, but the Rogue was just as enjoyable stock...

Nothing really that big. The first was the dual exhaust, which you saw in the other thread. I've switch to a K&N Filter, but I've seen someone who has a K&N Typhoon Intake, and if I can find out which one, I'm going to that. I've also changed my stock wheels and gone with 18" Permachrome wheels off of an Altima Coupe. I've had the front windows tinted. I bought the rubber Rogue floor mats, since they take a bit more of a beating than the carpeted ones. I'm ordering LED bulbs to replace the interior lights. The last "big" thing I'm going to do is put on some stainless steel nerf bars. I'm sure I'll find something more to do to it after that...lol.

K&N Typhoon filter... they don't make them for our Rogues. I see they have them for the Altimas http://www.knfilters.com/search/prod...Prod=69-7061TS this is all they make for our Rogues http://www.knfilters.com/search/prod...x?Prod=33-2409 It looks like any other type of intake would have to be modified. This is the other filter I found K&N Apollo Universal Closed Air Intake Systems. The 18 inch wheels you got..whats the tire size (245/45/18) do you have any pics? I'm looking to upgrade also to 18 inch or 19 inch depends how they would look.

Yea, I'm not sure what intake he used. I'm trying to find out. Since the 2011 SL has stock 18" wheels, I actually kept the stock tires, even though the wheels I got are 1/2 wider. The tires are P225/55R18.

Its actually reasonably nice outside today, so I'll grab some pictures of the Rogue with the wheels on it today...

I just picked up my 2011 Rogue 2 weeks ago. It is silver and loaded. We have different configurations here in Canada. There are only 2 exterior colours available with a grey leather interior - silver and Air tech blue. I would have preferred the white but wanted the grey leather moreso. Both my wife and I are really enjoying the vehicle. It is a treat to drive.
