Question Odometer

Question,
when i was driving the middle gauge where the odometer is ...there is an option to where it shows trip A as well as Trip B
Right under it says "ICY" does this mean that the tires sense that it is slippery outside even though they are on asphault? or is there another explanation for this??? i am in montreal and it is winter ...please help

No its just indicating that the temp is cold enough outside to be "icy." If the tires are slipping you should get a traction indicator light blink at you.

I am in Ottawa and the icy word hasn't left my display yet even on dry pavement.

From the Rogue user manual (US version):

When the outside air temperature becomes
37F (3C) or lower, the ICY indicator illuminates
and the outside air temperature display
blinks to give a warning. The ICY indicator will
turn off and the display will stop blinking after 1
minute or when the outside air temperature
becomes 39F (4C) or above.
