| No its just indicating that the temp is cold enough outside to be "icy." If the tires are slipping you should get a traction indicator light blink at you. I am in Ottawa and the icy word hasn't left my display yet even on dry pavement. |

| From the Rogue user manual (US version): When the outside air temperature becomes 37F (3C) or lower, the ICY indicator illuminates and the outside air temperature display blinks to give a warning. The ICY indicator will turn off and the display will stop blinking after 1 minute or when the outside air temperature becomes 39F (4C) or above. |
