Is anyone having the problem with a squeaking noise coming from the center console near the shifter.The noise is annoying sound like a chair missing a screw.I took the car back to the dealer about three time and the tech said he is not hearing anything.I was told to wait till it gets louder.

I have the same issue.. weirdly enough it happens only in the winter..
in the summer the noise is some what gone or hardly noticeable... I guess this is a problem with the hot and cold .. the plastic expanding and retracting.

I also noticed... when i nudge the console with my knee it makes the squeeking noise louder so i guess it has to do with it being loose or something like that .

I feel your pain .. I will bring it up to my dealer in the next oil change.

There is a TSB concerning this very problem. It requires removing the center console bezel and putting tape at specific areas to prevent the squeeking your hearing.

After visiting a dealer 3 times and not having them not only being familiar with TSB's on your vehicle, or even bothering to check for them, I would definatly find the service manager and explain to them you don't appreciate doing their job and if the TSB isn't performed a quick call to Nissan CS should rectify the problem.

That should get their attention. I would still find another dealer to service you vehicle however... If they overlook TSB's, who knows how far their incompetince goes.
