Trunk/Cargo Door

Is there a switch for the cargo door inside the car?

Do you mean, a switch that will pop it open?

On my Rogue, the other four doors would be toward the front of the car.

...you must forgive me....its my fault that cdmuile
confused you. I deleted a couple of my posts that
he was answering to.

I originally thought that you were making a joke
about getting locked in the cargo area, so, I
went along and made a sarcastic remark trying
to be humorus also.....then, I realized that you
were asking a serious question, which then made
my remarks seem in poor taste....so, I deleted
them which left cdmuile's orphan post.

sorry, my fault.....

Well Mistergib... you were correct i was joking about locking myself in the cargo area... but ya never know what can happen... and like i said, im a nut haha.... and my friends are nuts too and they might get the urge when im in there doing something to shut the hatch... who knows... or.. what if... perhaps... im in a wreck and the front of my Rogue is nose first in the water and the only way out is the hatch... how would I open it from the inside... i did pop one of the little panels off to see if there was one in there... and didnt see one... so i was asking jokingly and seriously as well i suppose you could say....

I hear ya....my thinking is if your "friends" shut
the hatch on you....you'd still be able to either
lay half or all the rear seat down and climb thru
or climb over the rear seat....even the cargo
cover can be retracted from the inside so it
doesn't block you from climbing over the rear
seat.
If you had a front end crash bad enough to jam
all four front and rear doors, you are probably dead
anyway...or at least unconscious!.....so, I guess
the best preventive measure you can take is not
to drive by any large bodies of water! (lol).

...sorry, I just can't keep the humorous side out
of this.....
