Hello ; I didn't like how the power outlet on the Rogue in the console (near the Temp knobs) would cut off when the car is shut off. Many cars do this. If you're like me you may have a need to charge your cell phone with the car parked. Or have a GPS unit that powers off when you make a short stop for gas, garage sale etc. I made the power outlet aways hot/on using a device called an "Extend-A-Circuit". They are available from your local car store got mine at Pep Boys. They are fuse protected and work well. See the pictures in my gallery showing every step. I found this easy plus the extend-a-circuit comes with instructions. Some may find this more difficult and may want to get someone more familiar with car stereos and alarm type work. Of course you need to use common sense and not drain your battery with things left on. I've found the cell phone charging doesn't cause a problem. Good Luck.
