Hmm, interesting question. Here's a tail light compairison with a 2012 Rogue, but I don't know the model year for the squishy.

Cloe up outside view of same. Parts available on eBay.UK Note that this appears to NOT include the trunk section. Also it appears the seller currently does not ship outside the UK, but I suppose if the price is right they might.
