Instrument Cluster sound

Just curious if anyone else noticed a sound from the RPM dial. Mine is a shaking almost whining sound when it is at 1,000 - 2,000 rpm. My husband has a hearing problem so he thinks I am hearing things. Well, the dealer supposedly replaced it but I can still hear it. I am getting fed up with it. I
guess I can drown out the sound with the radio, but certain days I like to drive in complete silence.

so go back and show them. i would do it while the car is on warranty because a speedo is an expensive piece to be purchased on your own.
if its rubbing, or has a problem it will get worse and then stop working.
