| '09 Valve Timing Sensor I had the first problem with my 09 Rogue, w/ 1000 miles on it, last weekend. I was on my way home from work and it stalled out at a red light. When I started it back up it sounded terrible. It then stalled out again, at another light, and I had to give it full gas to get it started again (almost like it was running too lean). The next day I got it into the dealership. Took 'em two days but the found out it was the valve timing sensor that had went. Apparently the car was running so bad because cylinders were misfiring because of the bad sensor (makes sense). Just wanted to let you all know just in case you have a similar problem with yours. | hmmmm A couple of weeks ago I had stopped at a red light. Then took a right turn...I suddenly lost power and saw my rpm fall down to zero....so I stepped on the gas more and it kicked in again. I thought I might be going crazy. Weird stuff happens with my rogue. |
