| Child shade issue I love my new Rogue, the only issue I am having is I can't find a good window shade that fits the window for my son. He used to be in the middle in my old car but because the Rogue does not have center latch he is now on the side (it my opinion all cars these days should have center latch for car seats) anyway I have tried 3 kinds, Eddie Bauer, munchkin, they all don't work because the window is to wide and won't cover the whole thing, and I can't turn them sideways because the window is to short! I am leasing my car so i really don't want to spend the money into it to get the windows tinted, i just wanted to know if anyone has found a good shade. |

| you are NOT supposed to use the 2 middle ones for a center latch, they are to far apart, read it in the manual, that's why they have the seat belt coming from the ceiling so if you have to put a seat in the middle you are to use the belt. (I had center latch in my commander and I had a total of 6 latch points, 2 just for each seating position) I didn't spend a ton of money on a car seat to use the belt and not take advantage of the latch. anyway that's besides the point I am just trying to know if anyone is using a shade that fits the windows well. |

| You may be on the right track thinking about the Tint. You can buy cheap tint from Walmart and do it yourself. I'm sure you would get more then enough to do the back 2 windows for about $30 (maybe even all back windows). It just installs with soap and water. After a couple of years it will look like crap, but wouldn't be any worse then the shades. I've always gone the tint route as no matter where you put the shade, the sun always peaks in somewhere. If I do come across something, I'll let you know. |

They also installed my remote starter. I don't know the cost of the starter, it was thrown in by the dealer. DDF Automotive |
