I had a run in with a deer yesterday, early morning. He ran into the passenger side of my Rogue. Had an estimate after work yesterday, $2k! It could have been much worse though if he had gone through my windshield. What upsets me the most is that I've been driving for 30 years and this was my first accident. Hopefully it will be fixed soon.

LOL, yeah, I'm sure it wasn't a moose! It was a big buck. The reason it's so much is because the passenger door will have to be replaced and probably the quarter panel. There is just a small dent on the rear passenger door that can be repaired. I'm just glad I didn't hit him head on, it would have been worse.

Thanks everyone! The Rogue is in the shop now and parts have been ordered, so hopefully I'll get it back early next week. I've got a rental and it, quite frankly, SUCKS! Apparently it was the last car available yesterday! Oh well, it's only for a few days!
