**Nissan Rogue Antennae and Carwash Warning**

We've had the Rogue for about three weeks now. It's an SL, Gotham Gray with black interior. There has been quite a bit of snow here in Iowa and the Rogue handles beautifully. I wonder if it's really necessary to remove the antenna before going through the car wash? Kinda hard to reach.

Welcome to the site!

So where did you hear that the antenna needed to be removed because I can't find any warnings stating that?

I read that it should be removed as well - its in the user manual. I think in the antenna section, rather than the washing/waxing section.

Thanks and sure enough here it is. I see why they say to remove it since it's adjustable. (I decided this is pretty important so I made a new thread.)

You know, I can barely reach that antenna and I'm 5 foot 8. Anyone shorter would have a heck of a time getting at it.
