Does any model come with heated mirrors?

Anyway, if so we'll have to wait until the service manual is out and then look at the wiring diagrams to see if it's possible to add them. It may also be possible to swap out the Rogues mirror with a different model.

I think the Rogue SL AWD leather package has heated mirrors that come with it.
That is what I was wondering if the SL AWD cloth package has the wiring already installed, so I might just be able to buy heated mirrors and put them on. Also was wondering if I could buy the heating element and add it to the backside of the glass mirror ?

The SL AWD w/leather definitely has it; my car has the heated mirrors and they work great.

Thanks Ed, and welcome to the site. So how many miles do you two have on your Rogues?

I just started working on tracking my fuel consumption by hand today; when I filled it up this afternoon, it had 1,194 miles on it. My Rogue is my daily driver, and I'm putting approximately 50 miles per weekday on it, on top of whatever I put on it during weekends.

Thanks for the warm welcome! Perhaps we can grow this into a strong community for the Rogue. Since the car is so new, and it's a first generation for this class for Nissan, I am seeing that the forums covering this car are still quite low in traffic (definitely way less than a different forum that I moderate for the Scion tC, and that isn't even the busiest Scion forum).

Getting back on topic, I'll keep an eye out for links to the technical service manual (specifically electronics, if it's a separate book) and update in case it becomes available online, but for the most part my understanding is that technical services manuals need to be paid for and cannot be distributed for free legally.

I checked the Nissan site last week and the Service manual wasn't available online yet just the Owners manual, http://www.nissanroguesuv.com/2008-Rogue.pdf but I did get the 08 Titan manual.

As for the site, I expect it to pick up after the first of the year. Whe I started it there wasn't a lot of information put out on the Rogue and that never changed all the way up to the delivery to the dealerships so it was really hard to feed the search engines.

This is true but only for models that have heated mirrors. Not all models come with heated mirrors; all models do come with rear windscreen defoggers.
