...maybe...? But, I'm curious how they will design
the rear visors for the reasons I stated....maybe
they don't see it as a problem at all??

Update Today....

I was correct guys in what I had stated in the
following previous post...

"ok y'all.....we have now been waiting going on
7+ months and still no side window deflectors on
the market from anybody....especially Weathertech
which are, I believe, to be the best. (If any of you
are familiar with the mounting of the Weathertechs
you will understand the following...)
I have a suspicion why....Weathertech rear
deflectors mount in the window track....the ends
are held in place by sticky tape.
If you look at the shape of our rear windows, you
will notice that the top-rear, side of each window
slants backwards, instead of vertical or forward.
This creates a problem in securing the visor in
place when rolling down the rear windows...the
window would tend to pull that end of the visor
down with it....this could either be causing the
production delay or may negate Weathertech
even offering rear window deflectors at all, they
may still offer front window deflectors since their
shape is more conventional and actually lock in."

6/05/2008 UPDATE TODAY: I purchased a
Weathertech sunroof visor for my Acura, so while
I had this very helpful lady on the phone, I
quizzed her on the deflectors for our Rogues, on
any new info she might have.....well, we have
good news and bad news.

Good news is that the Weathertech deflectors for
the front windows will be available on or around
8/1/08. The bad news is that they are having to
re-engineer the rear deflectors for the very same
reasons that I stated above....but they ARE
working on the rears....

Well, it IS progress....

ok...you need to be watching/searching the
ebay listings daily, I just happened to bump in to
a set of four side window deflectors and bought
them immediately....There was only this one set
available for purchase today.

They are not the Weathertechs that I was
waiting on, ( I got tired of waiting).... they are
the ones offered as a Genuine Nissan Accessory
up in Canada. They run $108 including shipping.

I really believe that he will have more sets listed
in the near future as he stated they were a very
hot item, which I can believe they are...

Keep an eye out and good hunting....

the only linky I got is the closed listing after I
purchased them....but, sicnce this is the only
guy I seen offering them, I guess people could
just watch his ebay store for more to be offered
instead of having to search everywhere. The
picture example is of a truck, but the listing IS
for our Rogues. So, here's the linky:

eBay Motors: Nissan Rogue Window Deflectors, Genuine Nissan !!!! (item 180272770148 end time Aug-03-08 12:15:08 PDT)

Rivet? I think I'll wait for Weathertech. I've used their deflectors since the '95 Explorer. I'm getting kinda tired of a soaked left arm and shoulder. My 'Best Beloved' says I should just close the window. NO! NO! NO WAY!!
