HOOD SCOOP INSTALLED...pics uploaded...

Alright you guys....here ya go....I just installed
the color-keyed hood scoop on my Rogue. I
believe that it added a needed flavor of
aggressiveness to its overall look....so, for me,
its a keeper...

I also uploaded pictures for your perusal and
critique...see what ya think.....

That is a great place to stop. Nissan should take a look at your Rogue and seriously think of adding it to the lineup. Awesome!

..thanks Tim. Yeah, I also think that this is the
appropriate stopping point...I sure don't know
what else I could do that wouldn't make it
look overdone...thats the key, knowing when
to stop! As of right now, I have nothing else
that I would want to do to it....I think I will
just enjoy driving it now....

...Pontiac huh??....uh, ok??....and here I thought
it looked like a Maserati! Sorry, but I just can't see
Pontiac when I look at it, (or Maserati either!), but...
to each, his own...I was just trying to to tastefully
separate myself from the crowd, and....yes, I DO like
it, I think it blends in and complements the stock lines
beautifully....but, your opinion is respected, thats what
makes the world go round.....I never expected that
everyone would like the same things that I do. You
done anything to yours that you would like to share
with us??

No totally love your car, every owner adds their own personal style to make them stand out from the crowd....! My fav part is the side mouldings, AWD badges, and spoiler (super jealous)! I just bought my car and am still in college (graduate in May) so I dont have alot of extra money layin around...yet..... I havent done anything super custom, I did buy the AWD SL with roofrail crossbars and sunroof. The only thing I got is the aluminum rogue kickplates

OK, after seeing your posted pictures...there is a
similarity to the hood scoops, I'll give ya that, but,
when I look at my Rogue, the GTO sure doesn't
come to mind for me...and I like GTO's...I grew up
in the muscle car era.
Anyway, GTO or not, I still like the look that it
gave my Rogue, and I still think that if you didn't
know, you would think it was factory equipment...
thats always the effect that I strive for...

LOL, touche. I wasnt attacking your ride, I like it alot, the hood scoops just not me, ya dig? I agree about the custom/factory look! To the untrained eye the side moldings and chrome grille look stock, but other Rogue owners will be saying "Hey, why didnt mine come with that option!" and that is priceless.... Anyone can customize their ride "flashy", but a true car lover does it subtly....

...naah, not to worry, I didn't take it as an attack,
if we all thought the same, then we would do the
same things.....man, would that be a dull world!
Anyway, I "think" I'm done do'n for now...anything
else would be too much. BUT, if Borla or someone
else starts producing a quality, cat-back dual
exhaust system, I'd have to partake in that..but its
doubtful that will happen?
