| I just got my 2008 Rogue SL AWD with the Premium Package in Wicked Black w/black cloth interior 2 weeks ago. I love it & I'm really happy with it's performance on the road so far. I can accept that dings, chips and scratches are inevitable & an eventuality, but my Rogue already has several bad scratches and this morning I noticed there's a chip in my hood. It seems like just touching it with my bare skin scratches it... Even the Patriot Blue PT Cruiser that I traded in (known for having a paint issue) would chip easily bit didn't scratch easily. I've never had a new car that's gotten scratched so much and so easily within the first few months that I had it, and my Rogue has as many within just these 2 weeks. Before the PT Cruiser I had a 1992 Nissan NX2000 and the paint seemed quite durable. It didn't scratch easily at all. Is there anyone else out there having a similar experience? |
