Hi Mister Gib,

I have a question for you:
What tools did you use to remove the old painted grille? Is it an easy mod to do?

I never went that far in the mod department (changed headlight bulbs and that is it), so I am a little bit nervous about damaging my brand new and loved car.

But it looks so good that I am tempted (I have seen a photoshopped version of my car on another forum and it looks GOOOD!).

Go for it....cause its sssoooo easy to put on. You
do NOT take off the painted grille, this chrome
grille uses 3M double-sided tape.... all you do is
over-lay this grille on to the stock one...it sticks
great and will not come off accidentally once its
stuck.

Cool. Thanks for the fast answer.

I just have to convinced my wife... that this add-on is necessary for me
Unfortunetaly, I use my 'birthday' card on the GPS and the cross bars, I have to find something else (should have put the cross bars on the 'family need' card ).

I do more mods on my car than on hers.
I have to find something...

Well, Pescakl1.
It's definitely a safety issue here. The chrome grill makes the Rogue much easier to see both in the daytime and at night. Hopefully your 'best beloved' is into safer vehicles!

Thanks cdmuile for the advice but I did not have to work too much to get it (and she definitively wants me and the baby in the safest car possible).
I practiced the please please pleeaase but did not have to use it.

Just: How much is it?
- mmmh...
- How much?
- about 100, 150 (preparation of the please please please).
- Wow, that is not cheap... do whatever you want, it is your car anyway.

Ouff! Yeeepeeh
I will order it tomorrow.

Smile Chrome installed... Photos

In fact, I did not ordered them right away, I shopped around for a while to find the best deal.

As MisterGib, the best deal was with CourtesyParts, and their customer service is great too, I recommend.

As soon as I ordered it, May 22nd, it was shipped with UPS and was the next day in Montreal.

Then I waited for almost a week to go through the custom, paid a lot of taxes and arrived on friday (same moment of the cross bars).

Now, here is the result.
