Nissan Rogue Forum

Hi all, my check engine light came on at about 12,500 miles. Took to the Dealer and was told my EGR valve was stuck and had to be replaced. There was no charge.
Has anyone else had this? Hate to think I will have to replace this every 12

A few others have reported this problem on the other Rogue forum but not many, that forum is very active and contains a whole pile more info, I'd recommend checking it out.

It seems to be quite a rare problem, and the good news is that when the valve does go, it doesn't leave you stranded or prevent the vehicle from operating, so I wouldn't worry about it. Did you determine how much labor was required to change it out, or what the cost was even though you didn't have to pay? Thanks.

Had a '92 Saturn that had a bad EGR Valve, took 4 different dealerships to figure it out. What did it set. You back to fix or was it under warranty?
