Has anyone know how to install a Viper 5902 on a Nissan Rogue with an Expert XK09 key bypass module?

i personally do NOT mess with alarms or ignition related components.
as good as i am with cars, i simply will NOT take that responsibility upon myself.

i find a very reputable and big company to install these items(if i want those trinkets) and they better carry insurance large enough to repair my car in case they fry my ignition and lock my car up.

if they fry your ignition out, it will require a new ignition, new master key, new door lock, new key fobs, new twist-to-start module, programing for it all, new modules, etc. its thousands of dollars at the dear- could easily come close to totaling your car out(depending on year/mileage/model).

As an fyi for others looking to install a RS, the trunk pin trigger does NOT have to be diode isolated and connected as one of the door triggers with the other 4 door wires. I completed my install this weekend, and it went very well, save for a lil relay glitch where the 2nd ignition wire was not receiving power, resulting in a dashboard light show.

Once this was resolved, I tested out the alarm portion, and opening the rear door showed the "trunk" was open on the remote. Another thing I found useful to note was how to retain the progressive locking on the remote. Rather than connecting 1st unlock and 2nd unlock wires from the RS to the key unlock cylinder wire, I tapped the 1st unlock wire into the key unlock wire, and the 2nd unlock into the unlock switch wire from the drivers door. Both of these are available near the passenger compartment fusebox, in the driver's kick. Connecting it this way still allows me to switch to unlock all doors on first button push by reprogramming the RS to double pulse, if I choose to do so in the future.
