Tire Warning Light My tire warning light will not go out. I have the tires properly inflated. I called my dealer and he said to bring in the Rogue and they will "reset" the tire pressure indicator. He said this is probably due to the cold weather. Anyone else have this?

Tire Update I took my Rogue back to the dealer and they checked the pressure in each tire and each tire read 32 in one and 33 in the rest so he put in more air so each tire reads 33 lbs now and the light went out. This all started due to a nail that I picked up in one of the tires and had this fixed. But it seems that this tire has a very slow leak and after about 3 weeks the light will come on and I have to put some air in it, but in the past the light went out after putting air in. I am keeping my fingers crossed so far, so good.

Low Tire Warning Continued. On a recent 2000 mile trip, the warning light came on soon after I hit a pothole. I checked the tires, they were 1 or 2 psi low. Light stayed on; I filled to 33 psi (which based on ride harshness is all I ever want) and still the light was on. I planned to go to a dealer, but after 400 more highway miles, it just went out. No problem since end of November.

I went for a basic oil change about 2 months ago, and they had a sign about Rogue tire pressure lights on the desk. I asked the guy and he said the cold weather can sometimes trigger the light, due to the air pressure in tire going down in the cold weather. If it pops up, give it a day or two and see if warmer weather doesnt get the light to go away.

Same Story I have had the same issue with my Rogue all winter. I like to keep my tires at about 32 psi and that was fine all last winter and this past summer (my rogue was bought in Oct 07), but this winter for some reason I can't get the tire light off. Even when I had them fill the tires to 33 or 34 psi within a couple of days the light was back on. I had the dealer check for any slow tire leaks both times and they found none. All they can come up with is that the really cold winter we are having is causing a problem with the sensors, since my car stays outside. So I just ignore the light now.
