| How do you want to do it? Just a Sirius tuner connected to the Aux input?

| XM to Sirius I am in the same situation. According to the Murano forum and my dealer, the receiver is the same plugin's but the antenna is not. I have my old Murano Sirius receiver and I am about to track down the XM receiver and see about swapping them out. Its supposed to be mounted in the rear, to the left, on the side. I did not get a firm price, but a Sirius antenna is supposed to be around $125. I'll let you all know how this turns out. |

| XM to Sirius update OK, here is what I did. I went to my local good old boys body shop and for $25.00 they removed the left side rear interior body panels, the XM receiver is located BEHIND a metal section, and held in my three bolts. You then slide out the XM receiver and unplug the antenna and the larger interface connector. The Sirius receiver I used was from a 2005 Murano and the main interface plugged right in, the antenna connector needed a little shaving to remove one of the locking clips, but once you do that, it plugs right in. The only issue is the mounting bracket that hold the XM receiver is smaller than the older Sirius receiver, so it required I drill one hole in the bracket. I hope this helps. FYI, the Rogue is a 2008 SL AWD and the Murano was a 2005 S AWD. |
