I can't find anything that says or shows a Rogue being prewired except for advertising that the premium package adds it and increases the towing to 1500 LBS. I did find the 4 pin harness
2008 Nissan Rogue Accessories - Nissan USA so maybe it's like my Titan and you'll find the other end it plugs into taped up under the rear bumper? By the way I also found all these Hitch manufacturers that have hitches for the Rogue.
