I'm not aware of any website like that, but it is an interesting idea. Did you buy your Rogue off the previous owner, or from a dealership? If the latter, ask them if they did any of the service work. This is still a long shot as some people will use several different service centers, for various reasons.
I had a '92 Saturn SL 1 (worst car ever!) that was serviced at no less than 4 different dealerships, a transmission shop, Wal-mart, an independent garage, and myself.
