i also have had the same problem. I almost got rear ended coming off the highway because I couldn't accelerate after merging. seems to only happen after long periods of highway driving.

This is the second problem we have had with the 2010 FWD Rogue the first apparently was the plug to the transmission controller came undone and the trans went into limp mode.
