Hmmnnn...several of the consumer magazines say that Nissan is the manufacturer that has gotten the CVT right. I wonder.

On a related note, we took our 2010 Rogue for vacation in Maine. Over 2000 miles with lots of high speed and dirt road driving and while the CVT didn't make any funny noises, a few times it seemed to not want to shift into a drive gear (or whatever the CVT equivalent is). It always seemed to correct soon after however. I am waiting for my first oil change to mention it to the dealer.

Anyone experience a similar issue?
