I got same issue before after several visits and teliing them that theres an issue they finally do a compression test and found out that there's a problem on 3rd cylinder, they changed my motor now I'm still observing, I would suggest to document your comsumption by logging oil usage every 500 Km. To give you an idea, the level of your oil dip stick from E to F is about a liter of oil.
