There is no TSB regarding the noise in the 2008 tranny's, not yet anyway, or not that I know of. The Service Tech's identify the problem as it is reported, check with Nissan and judging from my experience, Nissan Canada informs them that the fix is to install and upgraded transmission, the same one that comes standard on all 2009 Rogues.
