It blows away the old "premium" stereo in my Mazda 3, but yea...its still lame for what it should be. Bose are also a pain in the a$$ to upgrade with all of their proprietary parts and signal levels. I'm sure they do this on purpose.

Its not far off, literally, I think if the Bass setting had a 6 I'd be happy. I'd prefer not to muffle the doors with the extra bass and have it in sub only, but I'll take what I can get.

It sounds like there is some interest in this, so I'm going to look into it further, perhaps even a very minor increase in the line level that goes to the sub amp...If it can be tweaked, I'll find a way. Not too much as I'm sure I'd blow the sub!!
