I purchased a Rogue in June 08 , we did not know about this forum before making the purchase.
If we had, we may have reconsidered a Rogue!
We are experiencing a very loud noise with the transmission. It was noticeable after the first 100 miles. however, we did not notice it when we test drove. We have had it in twice for repair and were told that our car was not manufactered in the "time frame" that the Rogue's with transmission issues have occured. Our car, supposedly was manufatered in November 07, but they tell us the ISSUES were all before that date, up to October 07. We have placed ateast 3 phone calles to the Nissan Company, and several e-mails. So far all we have done is play play "phone tag" with them. I have read the "Michigan Lemon Law" and do feel that it may be the only option that we have, down the road.
