I checked on another forum and there way too many things to change in the car to get it in metric.
The canadians who bought their cars in the US and save about 8000$ with it have to live with it too (but for a third off, why not).

Definitively, if some of your friends look for a Rogue too and they want it in metric, they should have a look at a mexican model, that will be more appropriate I think (and may be even cheaper, I believe).
