The following was just posted over on the other
forum....as you read it, keep in mind that this
person is quite upset with Nissans response..here
ya go:

"The so called official word I just got is that Nissan is aware of the problem and is working on a fix. Once they have it they will recall the trany's for repairs. Their has been no failures so they are not willing to replace it at this time. The problems as I've been told is the chain within the trany looses pressure and causes it to rattle. I still say F** Nissan and the dealer for selling CRAP!
Never again! If I wanted to buy a substandard vehicle with out proper testing I could have bought another Dodge!"

Its starting to have the feel of a "common"
defect with our trannys, that is absolutely
going to require intervention from Nissan...why
it seems to be only happening with the AWD's, I
don't know?
