Im starting to get scared as well with this tranny defect I have an AWD and do not seem to have this defect..when accelerating it does make little rumble but seems to be normal since the CVT workes with the high gears....

the "rumble" you describe I believe is just
characteristic of the CVT....I hope we are just
making a mountain out of a mole hill, only time
will tell...its just good to be vigilant.
(And I can't describe this noise since I haven't
had it?? We are in the same boat.)
