Mine does the same thing at low speeds. I have found that you can use the paddle shifters to go to a lower gear and that fixes the problem and helps the acceleration. Think of it like a manual transmition. If you try to get going in a high gear you will have the same problem. To save fuel, Nissan has these things defaulting to the higher gears to keep you out of the high rpm's.
